- Cancellation Period: Customers are entitled to cancel their [class/course/registration] without any penalty within 5 working days from the date of enrollment. Any cancellations made after this period may be subject to applicable charges.
- Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via [email/letter/online form] to the Vishy Chess Academy administration.
- Refund Policy: Depending on the time of cancellation and the nature of the [class/course/registration], refunds may be granted as follows:
- Cancellation within 5 days from the date of enrollment: Full refund of tuition/registration fee
- Cancellation after 5 days from the date of enrollment: No refund will be issued.
- Refund Processing Time: The Vishy Chess Academy will process eligible refunds within 14 business days from the date of the approved cancellation request.
- Class Rescheduling: In some cases, customers may be allowed to reschedule their [class/course/registration instead of canceling it. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within a specified timeframe. Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
- Force Majeure: The Vishy Chess Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel classes or events due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In such cases, the academy will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives or refunds to affected customers.
- Policy Changes: The Vishy Chess Academy may update or modify this cancellation policy from time to time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes through the academy’s official website or other communication channels.
